We adhere to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
These regulations outline your rights regarding using our services. Before contacting us, please make yourself aware of these regulations.
If you change your mind once you have placed your order, please notify us via email of your wish to cancel the order immediately. If we receive notification of cancellation before we process your order, we will happily refund you in full including any delivery costs charged.
Despite our best efforts, very occasionally a product in our catalogue may be mispriced. We verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We will attempt to dispatch all orders the same day when placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday. This cannot be guaranteed nor should it be assumed we will be able to do so. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. We will do all that is practically possible to meet this service level.
All UK parcels will be sent via 1st Class recorded delivery or similar 24 hour courier unless you have been notified otherwise.
All European and international parcels will be sent via 2nd Class recorded delivery or similar courier service.
It is important to note that we can only guarantee the postal service and tracking of parcels whilst the package is in the UK, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels once out of the UK. This is due to the varying standard of postal services around the globe.
Prices shown in any currency other than UK Pounds (£) are approximate and payments will be processed in UK Pounds. The actual payment amount you are charged in any other currency will depend on the rate of exchange applied by the payment processor.
Please assure yourself that you are happy with the rate of exchange prior to completing the order.
If upon receipt of your goods you are not satisfied, we offer a refund for goods returned within 14 working days of receipt of the sale amount less a restocking fee, provided they are in a new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. The item must be returned to us by recorded delivery and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for return. We will not pay the return delivery costs.
All items returned will be subject to a 33% restocking charge. This will be deducted from any refund amount.
All products and items we sell have embedded information that cannot be tampered with or removed and electrical goods have their serial numbers recorded. If a product or item has been tampered with or there are any security or serial number discrepancies all guarantees will be considered void.
Returns will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, whereupon we will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or exchange. Refunds can take up to 15 working days to process.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Unfortunately sometimes goods may be damaged in transit. In which case, we ask that you return the unused item to us and we will send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us by recorded delivery and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a covering letter. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item.
If, by our error you have received the incorrect goods in your order, we will endeavour to replace the goods with the correct products at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. Please contact us to arrange this, including details of your name, invoice number and delivery address.
Damaged or Faulty GHD Items
GHD products are covered by a 24 month manufacturer's warranty held with Jemella (GHD). The warranty entitles you to repair or replacement of your faulty product. Simply return them with proof of purchase and a covering letter including your own address and a brief note explaining the nature of the fault to:
